Ms. Bennie
Bennie M. Dogget’s vision for the Eastside Community was to bridge the gap between City Leaders and its residents of Covington’s Eastside Community.Â
Bennie M. Doggett pulled the community together to vote and educated them not just on the importance of voting but also how to understand how voting affects their community.Â
As a homeowner, business woman, community advocate and a woman who came from humble beginnings, Bennie M. Doggett always encouraged and empowered those around her and those whom she served to always look past their current circumstances and strive for better.Â
In Honor of Bennie M. Doggett, it is my privilege and obligation to continue fulfilling her vision by restoring Community pride and Responsibility and bridging the gap between the community and the Covington Police department to ensure safety for all residents.
